No, that's the whole point of a fixed quote. Once we've agreed a price on site, it doesn't move, even if the job runs long or turns out trickier than expected.

Drainage work in NSW follows the AS/NZS 3500 plumbing standards, and any job touching the sewer or stormwater connection needs a licensed plumber. We work to those standards on every visit, so what goes back in the ground holds up.

Every job carries a lifetime labour warranty. If our own workmanship is ever the reason something goes wrong later, we return and repair it for free, whether that's next month or years down the line.

The pipework on your property, right up to the connection point, is your responsibility to maintain, while Sydney Water owns and maintains the main beyond that point. If the blockage is on your side, it's a job for a licensed plumber.
